If users disagree with this Privacy Policy do not use or access our Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website(s), mobile sites and mobile apps of third parties, even if their websites/products are linked to our Website.

For instance, if you want to book any package in fixed departures (group bookings), then certain personal information of yours like contact details, gender, dietary preferences, choice of room with smoking facility, any medical condition which may require specific attention or facility etc. may have to be shared by us with our vendors in each city where you will stay, and they may further process this information for making suitable arrangements for you during the holiday. Such sharing and processing of information may extend to the hotel where you will stay or the tour manager who will be your guide during the travel.

Personal Information of guest shall include the information shared by the guest and collected by us for the following purposes:
Registration on the Website: Information which you provide while subscribing to or registering on the Website, including but not limited to information about your personal identity such as name, gender, marital status, religion, age etc., your contact details such as your email address, postal addresses, frequent flyer number, telephone (mobile or otherwise) and/or fax numbers. The information may also include information such as your banking details (including credit/debit card) and any other information relating to your income and/or lifestyle; billing information payment history etc. (as shared by you).
Other information: We many also collect some other information and documents including but not limited to:
Transactional history (other than banking details) about your e-commerce activities, buying behavior.
Your email addresses and other security-related information used by you in relation to our Services.
Data either created by you or by a third party and which you wish to store on our servers such as image files, documents etc.
Data available in public domain or received from any third party including social media channels, including but not limited to personal or non-personal information from your linked social media channels (like name, email address, friend list, profile pictures or any other information that is permitted to be received as per your account settings) as a part of your account information.
Information pertaining any other traveler(s) for who you make a booking through your registered account. In such case, you must confirm and represent that each of the other traveler(s) for whom a booking has been made, has agreed to have the information shared by you disclosed to us and further be shared by us with the concerned service provider(s).
If you request to provide visa related services, then copies of your passport, bank statements, originals of the filled in application forms, photographs, and any other information which may be required by the respective embassy to process your visa application.
For international bookings, Users, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme(LRS) of RBI or any other law may be required to provide details such as their PAN information or passport details number or any such information required by Service Provider. Such information shall be strictly used as per the aforesaid requirements only. In case a User does not wish to provide this information, we may not be able to process the booking. we never share User’s PAN details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.
Your Covid-19 Vaccination status and certificate in case you wish to avail any service for provision of which such Covid-19 vaccination related information is required or want to access your vaccination certificate at a later stage for travel related or any other purpose. We will never process the beneficiary id and other id details contained in the vaccination certificate.
Such information shall be strictly used for the aforesaid specified & lawful purpose only. User further understands that we may share this information with the end service provider or any other third party for provision and facilitation of the desired booking. In case a User does not wish to provide this information or opts for deletion of the information already provided, we may not be able to process the desired booking request. We never share any of the above information collected including PAN card details, Vaccination status & certificate , Passport details , Aadhar Card details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.

While making a booking, we may use Personal Information including, payment ,Names, addresses, phone numbers and age details are shared with related service providers, including airlines, hotels, or bus services to provide reservation and booking to the customers

Member Registration:-
If the User opts to be a registered member of the Website, information like name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name and password are asked. This information is collected on the registration form for various purposes like , User recognition, complete the travel reservations.

Service Providers and Suppliers
Your information shall be shared with the end service providers like airlines, hotels, bus service providers, cab rental, railways or any other suppliers who are responsible for fulfilling your booking. You may note that while making a booking with us you authorize us to share your information with the said service providers and suppliers. It is pertinent to note that we do not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except as may be for fulfilling their part of service. However, how the said service providers/suppliers use the information shared with them is beyond the purview and control of ours as they process Personal Information as independent data controllers, and hence we cannot be made accountable for the same ,thus users are advised to review the privacy policies of the respective service provider or supplier whose services you choose to avail.
We does not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information of Users to third parties except sharing of such information with our business / alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various referral services and for sharing promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time basis their booking history with us.
In addition to the circumstances described above Tokyo Travel Bureau may disclose User's Personal Information if required to do so:
Such disclosure and storage may take place without your knowledge. In that case, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages howsoever arising from such disclosure and storage.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
All payments on the Website are secured. Website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
We reserve the rights to revise the Privacy Policy from time to time to suit various legal, business and customer requirement. We will duly notify the users as may be necessary.
While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through us, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, we reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.
Service Charge, Cancellation Charge, package charge which we offer on our website , is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal, etc. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their booking(s). In the event the User does not pay the entire amount, We reserves its right to cancel the booking. User agrees to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable on the date of travel.
The total price given excludes all applicable government taxes. In case of increase in the package cost due to fluctuations of currencies or others, the difference of amount should be paid to o avoid any discomfort. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. Company is not responsible for any missing of sightseeing due to any valid reason..
For cancellations before 60 Days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations before 30 Days of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations before 15 Days of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Tokyo Travel Bureau will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim through e-mail and will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned /hotel/transporter/other suppliers.
Please carry applicable visa for the respective country you are visiting and requested to check the concerned airline and embassy for concerned Visa requirements.
Tokyo Travel Bureau is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such visa requirements and is also not liable to refund any amount to the User for being unable to utilize the booking due to absence or denial of visa. Refund, if any, will be as per the applicable terms of booking and cancellation policy.
We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra. If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
