Upon arrival at Osaka Airport, please make your own way to the starting point hotel. Check in to hotel 1500Hrs. Evening around 1730 Hrs pick up from Hotel and proceed for dinner. Return to hotel for overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, meet your guide and proceed for an Osaka and Kobe City Tour. Visit the iconic Osaka Castle and the Umeda Sky Building Observatory (ticket included). Explore the Akashikaikyo Bridge and the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Memorial Museum. Enjoy lunch (not included), followed by a visit to Kobe Harborland before returning to Osaka. Dinner at a local restaurant, then return to the hotel for an overnight stay at the ANA Crown Plaza Kobe (or similar).
Meet your guide at the hotel and transfer to Shin Osaka Station. Board the Bullet Train (economy class ticket) to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, proceed to Miyajima Island to visit the Itsukushima Shrine and Tori Gate (ticket included). Afterward, visit the Peace Memorial Museum and the Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima. Return to Osaka by Bullet Train (economy class). Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Osaka at the ANA Crown Plaza Kobe (or similar).
Meet your guide at the hotel and proceed to Nagahama and Kyoto. Visit the Hikone Cherry Park or the Nagahama Castle Cherry Park (ticket included). Meet your guide at the hotel and transfer to Kyoto Station. Send your luggage to Tokyo (for next-day arrival) and prepare an overnight bag for Tokyo. Board the Bullet Train or Domestic Flight to Tokyo (ticket included). Upon arrival, transfer to the city for sightseeing. Visit Asakusa and the Nakamise Shopping Street. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay at the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo (or similar), with room size of 26-30 sqm.
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and proceed for a Mt. Fuji tour. Enjoy a Hakone Pirate Cruise and Hakone Ropeway (ticket included). Visit Oshini Hakkai and Lake Kawaguchiko (short visit). After the tour, drive back to Tokyo and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay at the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo (or similar), with room size of 26-30 sqm.
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and proceed for a Tokyo City Tour. Visit the Tokyo Skytree (450m) and Takeshita Street in Harajuku (ticket included). Explore Odaiba, the Statue of Liberty, and the Rainbow Bridge. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay at the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo (or similar), with room size of 26-30 sqm.
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and proceed for a Tokyo City Tour. Visit Meiji Jingu Shrine, Shibuya Crossing, and the Status of Hachiko. Explore TeamLab Planet Toyosu and enjoy some shopping time (ticket included). Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay at the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo (or similar), with room size of 26-30 sqm.
Enjoy one last breakfast at the hotel. As per flight timing, make your own way to the airport.
Daily Dinners need to finish dinner by 8 pm & be back at the hotel if they are late they will have to manage their transfers on their own.
In case of any health emergency or any other related issues, the guest shall be solely responsible to make their own arrangements. Thus, the company cannot be held responsible for any health-related issues of the passenger.
Above mentioned timings are changeable as per discretion of Tour Guide. Tour itinerary may change depending on airline / hotel availabilities (inclusion remains same).
MEALS: There is mostly a pre-set menu for the meals depending on the tour itinerary. Packed meals will be served only at certain places. Any special meals to be prepared or any allergic items during the tour must be informed prior to the departure.
VISA: If Visa is rejected booking amount will be refunded after deducting airline cancellation charges, visa charges and services charges. If you wish to apply visa again then visa and services charges will be applicable again.
SIGHTSEEING: Due to certain unavoidable circumstances or due to natural calamities, heavy traffic, if any activity or any sightseeing is missed then the tour company shall not be liable to pay any refunds. Any delays occurred by the passengers will disturb the schedule and cause inconvenience to the entire group. Any loss or damage done during the activity will be borne by the passengers. Instructions given by the Tour Manager or Guide should be followed by all the passengers. Free/Complimentary activities are all nonrefundable and subject to weather conditions.
The company won’t be responsible in case of any Airlines delay or deficiency. In case passengers wish to travel in advance or stay back and return later after the completion of the tour. The tourist is liable to pay an additional amount (to be advised as per availability) per change prior to the departure. If the tourist wants to make any change in plan on tour, then all the arrangements must be done by the tourist itself. During the trip, for any reason, if you may wish to return to India, the entire cost to return will be borne by the passenger and no refund will be granted.
All Hotel Check in is 1500 Hrs. & Check out is 1100 Hrs. Rooms next to each other are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the hotel. Itinerary / Hotel /Route are subject to vice-e-versa changes. Your final itinerary will be as per the flight schedule and booklet provided to you 7 days prior dept. Any early check in or late checkout at hotels will not be entertained.
In our group tours, we don’t allot any seat numbers as a seat rotation policy is been followed. All the passengers must follow the instruction by the tour leader in this regard. If any of the passengers carry any high value items on the coach, we advise you to not leave them behind when you leave the coach. All baggage and personal belongings are at all time your own responsibility. The tour company or coach company won’t be responsible for any loss of any items from the coach. Any damages caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be payable by you and the tour company won’t be liable for the same.
